About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior and the performance of private-label cards.
- Generate insights to support business decisions focused on profitability and engagement.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend data-driven actions to optimize card usage and attractiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM and other teams to design customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Identify triggers and opportunities for activation, retention and re-engagement.
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and the execution of relationship/engagement initiatives.
- Support the definition and evolution of the value proposition for private-label cards.
- Contribute analyses that underpin decisions on discount policies and installment plans (with and without interest).
- Evaluate the impact of offers and benefits on perceived value and financial performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Economics or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Marketing or related areas is a plus.
- Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in product management, preferably at mid-sized to large companies.
- Experience across the full product lifecycle: conception, development, launch, monitoring and discontinuation.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence).
