About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the bridge between business teams and the technical team for CRM projects;
Lead foundational projects related to data, integrations, and tools;
Create, monitor, and evolve governance and team productivity KPIs;
Develop controls and routines that ensure organization and operational efficiency;
Drive continuous optimization of processes, campaigns, and use of CRM tools;
Support and execute CRM campaigns when necessary;
Ensure the quality and consistency of the data used in initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with CRM and projects involving data and CRM tools;
Advanced knowledge of SQL;
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Insider or similar tools);
Analytical and organized profile, with the ability to structure processes;
Strong communication skills for interaction with technical and business teams;
Ability to work in a hands-on (hands-on) manner;
Bachelor's degree completed in a related field.
Preferred/Additional qualifications:
Experience with CRM automation;
Knowledge of data governance;
Experience with performance metrics and dashboards.
