About the role

  • This professional will be the media team's spokesperson within Marketing, responsible for managing, designing, implementing, and optimizing online and offline media strategies with a focus on measurable results and growing brand awareness.
  • Full-funnel strategies: Lead, together with the agency, effective branding strategies, monitor results, and develop insights and learnings from all media campaigns. Establish methodologies that deliver precise audience and channel strategies in collaboration with the BI and Data Science teams;
  • Technical knowledge: Expertise in the main concepts, fundamentals, and media operations, leading the team and partners with agility and technical know-how in both branding and performance media;
  • Budget and resource optimization: Manage the branding campaign budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize the impact of media initiatives;
  • Agency and partner management: Manage relationships with media agencies, coordinating campaign execution strategically and aligned with business objectives, and work with a team of analysts to ensure high-quality result delivery;
  • Collaboration and influence: Work closely with other teams within Marketing, building media expertise in related areas and representing the department's interests in meetings with teams such as Creative and Planning;
  • Monitoring market innovations: Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in digital and offline media, with special attention to new platforms and performance analysis tools;
  • Embedding a creative mindset: Ensure plans are executed in ways that creatively differentiate Riachuelo in the fashion market, positioning the brand as a reference among market players;
  • Management: Supervise the media and BI teams, guiding them toward maximum effectiveness while ensuring a healthy, functional, and organized environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field;
  • Experience serving or working in the fashion sector is a plus;
  • Solid experience managing digital and offline media campaigns;
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make decisions;
  • Experience with media tools, Google platforms, and social media platforms for monitoring and evaluation in collaboration with the BI team;
  • A questioning mindset and creative curiosity;
  • Experience managing budgets;
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a highly volatile environment;
  • Ability to analyze data and produce performance reports;
  • Essential experience managing teams in highly volatile environments.
