About the role

  • Develop, maintain and evolve data pipelines for collection, ingestion, transformation, and provisioning of information in an analytical environment;
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through validations, monitoring, and handling of pipeline failures;
  • Process and analyze large volumes of data using Databricks, SQL, and advanced transformation and analytical exploration techniques;
  • Identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities from data, supporting process improvements and business outcomes;
  • Develop and optimize code for automation of analytical processes and data integration;
  • Work on optimizing operational processes, reducing manual tasks, and increasing efficiency and scalability of routines;
  • Structure, document, and evolve data flows and processes, identifying bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Create interactive Power BI dashboards tailored to business area needs;
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align metrics and objectives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, IT, or related fields;
  • Experience with Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and process automation;
  • Experience with programming languages (Python, PySpark) for automation;
  • Ability to create adaptable, data-exploration-oriented dashboards;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Knowledge of process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN);
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics;
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools.
