About the role

  • Act as the category focal point, consolidating and ensuring the accuracy of results (revenue, margin and key KPIs) across channels;
  • Build, track and review forecasts and overall targets, ensuring alignment between planning and execution;
  • Consolidate and validate figures, identifying variances between actuals and plan and proposing corrective actions;
  • Consolidate and cross-reference information from different sources (commercial, inventory, channels) to build a single view of the business;
  • Analyze sales performance with a critical perspective on opportunities and risks;
  • Monitor and support the rollout of targets by channel/category, ensuring consistency with the overall plan;
  • Identify commercial and operational opportunities from quantitative data and qualitative inputs;
  • Structure and improve planning and forecasting models to increase predictability and accuracy;
  • Prepare executive materials and management reports, owning the narrative of the category's results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (focus on Excel) and Google Workspace;
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights for the team;
  • Good verbal and written communication;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Experience in retail and e-commerce and familiarity with KPIs such as sessions/conversion are a plus.
