About the role

  • Support short-, medium- and long-term sales planning, including scenario analyses and projections;
  • Monitor performance indicators such as margin, inventory, average selling price (ASP), markdowns, and product portfolio;
  • Participate in In-Season and OTB (Open to Buy) discussions, aligning purchase forecasts, inventory and sales targets;
  • Contribute to the definition and monitoring of the assortment plan, balancing depth, coverage and opportunities by product group;
  • Conduct periodic analyses of the product portfolio to identify stock-out risks, excess inventory and turnover opportunities;
  • Support presentations and alignments with other areas, focusing on data and action-oriented plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering) or related area;
  • Advanced Excel, proficient with formulas, pivot tables and automation tools (Power Pivot/Power Query);
  • Intermediate to advanced Power BI, with the ability to build dashboards, interpret KPIs and generate data-driven insights;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prepare executive PowerPoint presentations;
  • Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving, willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, energy and eagerness to learn the business;
  • Work model: Hybrid.
