About the role

  • Implement security solutions spanning multiple technology layers, including networks, access controls, endpoints, cloud, and data protection, ensuring robust protection and compliance with security policies.
  • Act as a technical lead on complex security projects, applying specialized knowledge of protective controls and detection of cyberattacks.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and work plans for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring organization, timely delivery, and effectiveness of implemented controls.
  • Collaborate with partner companies during project execution, overseeing technical direction and ensuring delivery of solutions aligned with security requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related IT fields.
  • Specialization such as an MBA or postgraduate studies.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Information Security, including at least 3 years focused on security engineering and solution architecture.
  • Security certifications such as ISO 27001, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, and vendor-specific security product certifications.
  • Languages: Advanced English.
  • Relevant courses related to the field.
  • Advanced knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, COBIT, and ITIL.
  • Experience with technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, anti-spam, proxy, WAF, NDR, SIEM, digital certificates, password vaults, and other security technologies.
  • Project planning and management.
  • Active Directory.
  • Networks and IT protocols.
  • Infrastructure and technology architecture.
  • Experience with environments regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN).
  • Cloud environments.
  • Operating systems: Windows / Linux
