About the role

  • Develop, maintain and analyze performance indicators to support strategic decisions and ensure operational efficiency;
  • Create and update dashboards and management reports, ensuring accurate and accessible information for various areas of the company;
  • Prepare executive presentations with analyses and recommendations for internal meetings and stakeholder reviews;
  • Act as a partner to client areas (Supply, Import, Raw Materials, Quality, Procurement, Receiving), providing analytical support and tailored solutions;
  • Perform critical data analyses, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to optimize processes;
  • Generate strategic insights that contribute to continuous improvement and data-driven decision making;
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of information, proposing improvements to data collection and processing procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Experience in related areas (Supply, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain);
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI (a skills test will be applied), Excel, SQL or Python;
  • Ability to work autonomously on analysis and on maintaining reports;
  • Conduct analyses by cross-referencing data to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of results;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate analyses into actionable insights for the team;
  • Good verbal and written communication;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease working in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (approximately 2 days per week in the office) - Location: Butantã region, São Paulo.
