About the role

  • Manage and update the executive sponsor's OKRs, ensuring cadence and quality of deliverables;
  • Track the status and deadlines of Directors' deliverables, performing follow-up and escalation with a consultative approach;
  • Support cross-functional projects (expansion, employee retention, initiatives with HR), ensuring alignment and execution;
  • Produce analyses and executive reports to support decision-making (metrics, productivity, OKR progress);
  • Prepare executive materials (briefs, dashboards, meeting minutes) and lead governance rituals;
  • Use advanced Excel and, preferably, Power BI for analyses; apply generative AI to draft minutes and organize meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, functions, modeling);
  • Experience with OKR management and monitoring performance indicators;
  • Experience in executive communication and working with senior leadership;
  • Analytical, organized profile with the autonomy to handle multiple projects;
  • Knowledge of Power BI;
  • Experience with generative AI;
  • Basic knowledge of project management and employee retention initiatives;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, approximately 2x per week on-site at the Head Office (Butantã, São Paulo).
