About the role
- Know and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Apply and maintain digital operation processes (omnichannel, RFID, etc.)
- Handle restocking and movement of merchandise
- Perform merchandising tasks according to standards and active campaigns
- Understand and work to meet established targets
- Operate fitting rooms and assist customers
- Carry out tagging and re-tagging (price tagging/labeling)
- Execute inventory processes
- Monitor and analyze inventory shortages (stockouts)
- Support the fitting room return process
- Deliver service according to company service standards
- Complete sales using Mobile POS
- Safeguard store assets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours/shifts
- Enjoy working with customers and in customer service
