About the role
- Responsible for recruitment and selection at all levels;
- Conduct individual interviews to validate competencies;
- Study candidate profiles, plan, organize and analyze recruitment channels;
- Create delivery schedules and ensure SLA compliance;
- Screen candidates, apply various selection techniques, source resumes and administer tests;
- Align candidate profiles and process expectations with hiring managers;
- Document assessments and evaluations of candidates;
- Track the selection process with the hiring manager;
- Validate the behavioral and technical profile required for hiring with the hiring manager.
Requirements
- Experience in Recruitment and Selection;
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms;
- Must have own desktop or laptop computer with webcam;
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;
- Must be registered as MEI or as a legal entity (PJ).
