About the role

  • Respond to emails, online chat and phone calls to address customer inquiries related to websites, online orders, billing and in-store experience
  • Coordinate and schedule the work of customer service representatives in collaboration with the manager
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer service representatives, stores, the distribution center and head office
  • Ensure teams have the support and assistance needed to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Participate in training new representatives
  • Handle complaints, questions and concerns regarding customers' in-store experiences and manage escalated complaints
  • Ensure calls and emails are routed to the appropriate department
  • Assist customers with online orders
  • Follow up on online orders
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Improve website conversion by assisting customers via online chat
  • Open investigations for lost packages with our shipping partners
  • Process online exchanges and returns
  • Ensure the validity of promotional offer terms
  • Monitor the quality of website data, promotions and promotional offers
  • Maintain clear communication between store operations, the distribution center and the customer service department
  • Perform any other customer service–related duties.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
  • Fully bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly
  • Experience in retail
  • Good understanding of e-commerce operations
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
