About the role
- Respond to emails, online chat and phone calls to address customer inquiries related to websites, online orders, billing and in-store experience
- Coordinate and schedule the work of customer service representatives in collaboration with the manager
- Serve as a point of contact for customer service representatives, stores, the distribution center and head office
- Ensure teams have the support and assistance needed to deliver outstanding customer service
- Participate in training new representatives
- Handle complaints, questions and concerns regarding customers' in-store experiences and manage escalated complaints
- Ensure calls and emails are routed to the appropriate department
- Assist customers with online orders
- Follow up on online orders
- Provide information about products and services
- Improve website conversion by assisting customers via online chat
- Open investigations for lost packages with our shipping partners
- Process online exchanges and returns
- Ensure the validity of promotional offer terms
- Monitor the quality of website data, promotions and promotional offers
- Maintain clear communication between store operations, the distribution center and the customer service department
- Perform any other customer service–related duties.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
- Fully bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly
- Experience in retail
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
