About the role
- Managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring quality, profitability, and on-time delivery.
- Developing bids, budgets, and project plans that align with company goals and client expectations.
- Partnering closely with Finance to manage billing, reporting, and deliverables.
- Responding to RFQs and RFPs with precision and focus on margin and revenue growth.
- Building strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to support project execution.
- Overseeing vendor coordination, procurement, delivery schedules, and equipment needs.
- Leading communication across internal teams to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Monitoring financials, tracking costs, and optimizing resources for profitability.
- Collaborating with Field Operations and Recruiting to ensure proper staffing and travel logistics.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and post-project evaluations.
- Supervising and developing Project Coordinators, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Conducting regular Level 10 meetings to support team alignment and professional growth.
- Managing HR responsibilities such as time off requests, reviews, and performance documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in project management—preferably in retail fixtures, merchandising, or a related industry.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience managing vendors and budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (PMP certification is a plus!).
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnights.
