- About the Role: First Social Media Manager (Reddit Community Manager – Contract) to expand Rho’s presence on Reddit.
- Responsibilities: Actively engage in targeted subreddits, manage official Reddit account, surface relevant threads, identify emerging topics, shape Reddit engagement strategy, create subreddit-native posts, track key metrics, collaborate across marketing functions, translate interactions into top-of-funnel activity, align with SEO and LLM visibility strategy, capture founder FAQs and trends.

Requirements
- You’ve grown or managed a Reddit account with meaningful influence through smart, consistent, and on-brand participation.
- You know Reddit culture inside out, from subreddit-specific rules to unspoken etiquette.
- You have startup, founder, or VC experience and can speak the language of founders credibly.
- You write with precision, personality, and clarity—adapting tone based on the audience.
- You can spot opportunities to join conversations without sounding self-promotional.
- You understand community-driven marketing and how to turn conversations into relationships.
- Bonus: You’ve managed a B2B SaaS or fintech brand account on Reddit and made it genuinely useful to its audience.
