About the role

  • Own key elements of group planning, forecasting, and financial modelling, with a strong focus on commercial impact
  • Help shape a best-in-class FP&A and performance insights function, working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance
  • Work closely with Commercial and Operations teams to deliver data-driven insights that drive commercial and customer outcomes
  • Act as a key link between Finance, Commercial, Operations, and BI to enable self-serve reporting and scalable analytics
  • Develop clear, compelling reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, Country Managers, and Department Heads
  • Embed analytics, automation, and data-driven decision-making into commercial and operational processes
  • Deliver actionable insight projects in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Finance
  • Lead FP&A involvement in cross-functional and company-wide projects, including external stakeholder engagement and project tracking
  • Support with year-end audit and related requirements
  • Provide financial training and guidance to Commercial and Operational stakeholders (budgeting, break-even analysis, performance marketing)
  • Increase the quality, consistency, and usability of insight, analysis, and core reporting for Department Heads
  • Mentor and support the development of junior analysts, with scope depending on seniority and experience
  • Take ownership of team deliverables, supporting peers, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and driving outcomes beyond individual responsibilities

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3-years post qualification experience.
  • iGaming industry background is preferable. Experience in similar roles would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience in managing key business stakeholders, challenging projects and maintaining a high service level.
  • Strong base of technical accounting and reporting skills
  • Experience of working with large volumes of data is essential while maintaining an analytic, problem-solving and can-do attitude
  • System skills: Strong on Excel (VBA), SQL, Python and Tableau. Experience working with Financial Planning tools is a plus.
  • Personality and attitude are equally (if not more) important than the skillset – team player mentality is a must!
