About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play an important role in the Digital Transformation of RHI Magnesita
- Support the development of the technical solutions
- Work in alignment with rest of the teams and other IT areas
- Challenge and propose new ideas while documenting activities
- Provide guidance and support with technical expertise to teams
- Keep up with best practices, software development trends and innovations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Experience as Senior DevOps Engineer, preferably with Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure, networking, design of applications, IAM, and data analysis solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions such as IaaS, PaaS, and Serverless
- Experience with software development, .NET, Core, JavaScript, Node, JS, RESTful APIs, Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps
- Experience with project delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with IaC, automation tools, ARM Templates, Terraform, Chef, or Ansible
- Familiarity with working remotely, collaborating with teams working in different time zones
- Scripting experience (preferably PowerShell)
