About the role
- Lead CapEx projects that directly impact performance, safety, and success
- Promote a proactive safety mindset and strengthen a culture of safety
- Ensure equipment is designed, installed, and maintained in alignment with safety standards
- Supervise contractors ensuring full HSE compliance
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Identify and prepare capital applications for new investment opportunities
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, forecasting, change order management
- Develop and maintain a Management of Change (MOC) system
- Monitor and manage engineering KPIs, including Budget Adherence and Project Completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Minimum 5 years of project management, project engineering, or process engineering experience
- Proven success managing projects over $500K
- Minimum 5 years leading, developing, and coaching teams
- Strong experience with data analysis, project/process management, and risk management
- Experience developing and managing KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and lead across functions
