About the role
- Manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all production lines
- Organize and supervise the production process to maintain smooth operations and deliver high-quality output
- Coordinate the workforce effectively and address operational and HR-related issues
- Collaborate with logistics and external partners to optimize processes and minimize downtime
- Report directly to the plant manager and lead the production team to achieve objectives
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing industrial production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards
- Technical background or practical hands-on manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles applied to production processes
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems
- Languages: German – fluent; English – intermediate
- Preferred: experience in leading projects and managing teams
