About the role

  • Preparing and updating payroll-related data and documentation for further processing by external partners
  • Managing HR administration (contracts, changes, personal data updates, documentation)
  • Maintaining accurate and well-organized employee records
  • Supporting employees and managers with basic HR-related questions
  • Processing and structuring data to simplify and streamline our processes

Requirements

  • First professional experience in office administration is welcome but not required (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!)
  • Good Excel skills (in-depth training will be provided)
  • Interest in HR administration and data processing and willingness to learn new systems
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Languages: Czech: Fluent, English: Intermediate
