About the role
- Preparing and updating payroll-related data and documentation for further processing by external partners
- Managing HR administration (contracts, changes, personal data updates, documentation)
- Maintaining accurate and well-organized employee records
- Supporting employees and managers with basic HR-related questions
- Processing and structuring data to simplify and streamline our processes
Requirements
- First professional experience in office administration is welcome but not required (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!)
- Good Excel skills (in-depth training will be provided)
- Interest in HR administration and data processing and willingness to learn new systems
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Languages: Czech: Fluent, English: Intermediate
