About the role
- Report directly to the plant HRBP
- Provide support in various Human Resources processes
- Develop skills in a professional environment
- Collaborate on administrative and operational tasks
- Apply and analyze workplace climate, engagement, and culture diagnostics
- Design and implement development, training, and education programs
- Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance
- Labor/industrial relations

Requirements
- Minimum of 2–8 years of experience
- Proven experience with HRIS, people administration, Union negotiation, HR analysis and KPI follow up
- Solid understanding of STPS, IMSS and Labor Law
- Strong HR processes knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Comfortable working with multinational environments and cross-functional teams
- High level of independence, ownership, and ability to manage deadlines
