About the role

  • Report directly to the plant HRBP

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–8 years of experience
  • Proven experience with HRIS, people administration, Union negotiation, HR analysis and KPI follow up
  • Solid understanding of STPS, IMSS and Labor Law
  • Strong HR processes knowledge
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
  • Comfortable working with multinational environments and cross-functional teams
  • High level of independence, ownership, and ability to manage deadlines
