About the role
- Execution and development of mechanical projects for refractory installation at client sites
- Provide technical support to project leaders in technical assistance
- Participate in meetings and technical site visits, proposing improvement solutions
- Prepare or participate in technical feasibility studies for projects
- Monitor tests, installations, and equipment operations directly at client sites
- Use CAD tools - CREO, SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
- Oversee production, assembly, and testing of developed parts
- Define scope and manage third-party projects with partner suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in mechanical design/projects
- Intermediate proficiency in Office 365
- Ability to focus on complex engineering tasks
- Experience in industry is a plus
- Knowledge of CREO Parametric / Windchill
- Knowledge of steelmaking/steelworks processes
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI)
- Spanish
- Valid driver's license, Category B (CNH B)
