About the role
- Oversee all financial aspects of the RHI Magnesita entities in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland
- Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting statements including the Annual Group Statutory Reporting packages
- Cooperation with and supervision of our shared services center
- Close cooperation with group auditors and other external parties
- Payment approval for payroll and supplier invoices
- Ensuring company compliance with RHI Magnesita’s corporate internal control procedures and guidelines
- Supporting various internal finance projects
Requirements
- A degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- A few years of experience in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Solid knowledge in accounting (e.g. IAS/IFRS)
- Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
- Languages: German – advanced, English – advanced
- Nice to have: Chartered Accountant certification, HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) knowledge
