About the role
- Oversee change management activities, ensuring timely delivery of training and communications from planning through implementation.
- Design and implement communication and training plans aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Provide expertise in training design and delivery, establish standards and coach trainers through “Train-the-Trainer” sessions.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement planning, building strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Monitor adoption KPIs, identify potential issues early, and gather feedback to improve change effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- Experience in change management, training, or corporate communications within large or multinational organizations
- Solid knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and a proven ability to drive adoption
- Strong corporate communication skills (content creation, storytelling, internal campaigns)
- Experience designing and coordinating training (adult learning principles, training delivery logistics)
- Fluent English
- Preferred: Prosci or other change management certification (e.g., through the Human Change Management Institute); experience supporting ERP or technology-driven transformations
