About the role

  • Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars: Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement
  • Apply Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) to optimize strategies and extend asset life
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and FMEA to solve chronic issues and boost reliability
  • Champion condition-based monitoring (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) for early failure detection
  • Influence capital projects with a focus on long-term reliability and maintainability
  • Coach teams on TPM and RCM principles to build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience; 0–2 years of engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience with TPM and RCM in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical and controls experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CMMS (SAP preferred)
  • Lean manufacturing skills (Kaizen, 5S, waste identification)
  • Analytical mindset, safety focus, and ability to thrive under pressure
