Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a recruiter (freelance or full-time/CLT).
- Excellent communication, proactivity, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Knowledge and application of the DISC assessment.
- Must have an active CNPJ (MEI or PJ).
