About the role

  • Your primary mission will be to identify and qualify business opportunities.
  • You will be the company's first point of contact with potential clients (business owners and decision-makers).
  • Conduct active (outbound) prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads to determine whether they match the ideal customer profile.
  • Schedule strategic meetings for our closing team (Closers).
  • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, keeping records up to date.
  • Exceed daily targets for contacts and scheduled meetings.

Requirements

  • Hands-on sales experience: Previous work in prospecting, telemarketing, or direct sales.
  • Communicative profile: Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
  • Resilience: Able to handle rejection and remain focused on goals.
  • Organization: Ability to manage your own time and processes while working remotely.
  • Work setup: Have a computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet environment for calls.
  • Age: Must be over 18 years old.
