About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your primary mission will be to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- You will be the company's first point of contact with potential clients (business owners and decision-makers).
- Conduct active (outbound) prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads to determine whether they match the ideal customer profile.
- Schedule strategic meetings for our closing team (Closers).
- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, keeping records up to date.
- Exceed daily targets for contacts and scheduled meetings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on sales experience: Previous work in prospecting, telemarketing, or direct sales.
- Communicative profile: Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Resilience: Able to handle rejection and remain focused on goals.
- Organization: Ability to manage your own time and processes while working remotely.
- Work setup: Have a computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet environment for calls.
- Age: Must be over 18 years old.
