About the role
- Actively prospect new clients (companies)
- Make initial contact via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person visits
- Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities
- Present the company’s services/solutions
- Schedule meetings and deliver sales presentations
- Negotiate proposals and close deals
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Enter prospecting and negotiation information into the system/CRM
Requirements
- Experience in sales, prospecting, or business development
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable with commercial outreach and networking
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM is a plus
- Experience in consultative sales or B2B
- Established network of business contacts
- Experience with active prospecting (hunter profile)
