About the role
- Develop and execute the startup's marketing strategy, covering branding, performance, and content
- Manage agencies and vendors to ensure efficiency in campaigns and activations
- Create and optimize user acquisition campaigns (paid media, organic, and partnerships)
- Plan and execute initiatives for app user retention and engagement
- Build and test launch and growth strategies for the app
- Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs to enable data-driven decision making
- Create and coordinate influencer, PR, and growth-hacking activities
- Develop communication materials and strategies for email marketing, social media, and content
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to optimize the user journey and maximize conversions
Requirements
- Experience in startups and/or fintechs
- Experience launching brands or products from scratch
- Go-to-market strategy
- Brand positioning
- Building a community or an initial customer/user base
- Previous experience in strategic marketing
- Experience with acquisition and retention metrics
- Postgraduate degree — Specialization/MBA valued
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience
