About the role
- Proactive and reactive customer service: answering questions, presenting products and courses, prospecting new customers, and providing full post-sale support
- Organizing, recording, and tracking orders, ensuring updates on deadlines, prices, deliveries, and order status
- Supporting the sales team in preparing proposals, creating materials, and scheduling visits or meetings
- Administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, updating customer records, organizing documents, entering quotes into internal systems, and assisting with sales and performance reporting
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and sales/after-sales routines (SAC)
- Clear, empathetic communication with the ability to interact with different customer profiles
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality service and accuracy of information
- Proficient in Excel for order tracking, reporting, and data organization
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems
- Previous experience with the Bling system is a plus
