About the role
- Active prospecting of companies (B2B)
- Present recruitment and selection (R&S) services in a consultative manner
- Schedule meetings and close proposals
- Update CRM and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Meet weekly targets with agility and assertiveness
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience as an SDR
- Previous experience with outbound/active sales (preferably in services)
- Strong communication skills, organized, and able to work autonomously
- Must be agile, pragmatic, organized, and eager to grow with the company
- Proficiency and patience in active prospecting
- Familiarity with automation tools/systems
- Ability to qualify potential clients
- Ability to organize spreadsheets for tracking
- Comfortable using technology
- Proactivity, discipline, organization, and resilience
- Desirable: knowledge of HR or interest in the HR sector
