About the role

  • Active prospecting of companies (B2B)
  • Consultative presentation of Recruitment & Selection (R&S) services
  • Scheduling meetings and closing proposals

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience as an SDR
  • Previous experience with outbound/active sales (preferably in the services sector)
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and a self-driven profile
  • Must be agile, pragmatic, organized, and eager to grow with the company
  • Mastery and patience for active prospecting, familiarity with sales automation tools, ability to qualify leads, spreadsheet organization for tracking, and comfort with technology
  • Additionally: proactivity, discipline, organization, and resilience
  • Knowledge of HR or interest in the sector is a plus
