About the role
- Active prospecting of companies (B2B)
- Consultative presentation of Recruitment & Selection (R&S) services
- Scheduling meetings and closing proposals
- Updating CRM and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Meeting weekly targets with speed and assertiveness
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience as an SDR
- Previous experience with outbound/active sales (preferably in the services sector)
- Good communication, organizational skills, and a self-driven profile
- Must be agile, pragmatic, organized, and eager to grow with the company
- Mastery and patience for active prospecting, familiarity with sales automation tools, ability to qualify leads, spreadsheet organization for tracking, and comfort with technology
- Additionally: proactivity, discipline, organization, and resilience
- Knowledge of HR or interest in the sector is a plus
