About the role
- Handle inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, responding promptly to customer requests;
- Present the clinic's orthodontic and dental plans clearly and objectively;
- Manage the volume of WhatsApp messages, ensuring an efficient flow of communication;
- Qualify and nurture leads, identifying sales opportunities and scheduling appointments for the sales team;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company's system.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (a plus).
Benefits
