About the role
- Record accounting and financial entries in the system.
- Perform bank reconciliations, including integrations with card payment terminals.
- Issue invoices and boletos (payment slips), correctly linking them to accounting entries.
- Manage basic collections, contacting customers about unidentified payments.
- Provide operational customer support via WhatsApp.
- Follow standardized procedures and defined processes, escalating issues when necessary.
- Keep organized records and ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience with financial routines (entries, reconciliations, and treasury).
- Familiarity with financial systems (experience with Conta Azul or Nibo is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
- Home office setup (computer and stable internet connection).
- Availability for majority dedication and flexible working hours.
- Execution-focused profile with adherence to processes.
