About the role
- Client prospecting and account management: Engage in commercial outreach to new clients and contracts, as well as renewal and maintenance of the existing portfolio, ensuring the sustainable growth of the brokerage
- Personalized consulting: Provide quotes, sell, and implement Auto and Residential insurance, offering tailored solutions for asset and family protection
- End-to-end servicing: Manage all stages of contracts — implementation, changes, endorsements, and negotiations — with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Client relationship and experience: Build strong relationships through consultative and differentiated service, promoting trust and credibility
- Team collaboration: Work with the team to ensure effective communication and excellence in service delivery
- Opportunity management: Monitor prospects and identify new business opportunities across various insurance lines
- Market awareness: Stay up to date with trends and changes in the Auto and Residential insurance sector to propose competitive and innovative commercial strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience in selling Auto and Residential insurance
- Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level in Outlook, Word, Excel is required; PowerPoint is a plus)
- Familiarity with insurer portals and quotation systems
