About the role
- Manage, monitor and control project activities, ensuring deadlines, deliverables and organized handling of requests.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and partners, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations and smooth execution.
- Support the development of action plans, schedules and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain and update activities in ClickUp, including workflows, checkpoints, status and documentation.
- Contribute analyses, reports and insights to support strategic decisions for the consultancy and its clients.
- Participate in client alignment meetings, tracking the progress of strategic delivery pillars.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Analyst, PMO or in related roles.
- Experience in consulting, marketing, business management or continuous improvement projects is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management platforms (ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Monday, etc.).
- Experience in business consulting, marketing or process/project management focused on continuous improvement.
- Organized, systems-oriented, with strong communication, time-management skills and autonomy.
