About the role
- Manage, monitor, and control project activities, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and organized handling of requests
- Serve as the interface with contractors, vendors, and partners, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and smooth execution
- Support the development of action plans, timelines, and performance indicators
- Maintain control and updates of activities in ClickUp, including workflows, checkpoints, statuses, and documentation
- Contribute analyses, reports, and insights to support strategic decisions for the consultancy and its clients
- Participate in alignment meetings with clients, tracking the progress of strategic pillar deliverables
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Analyst, PMO, or in related areas
- Proficiency with project management platforms (ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Monday, etc.)
- Organized, systems-thinking, strong communication, time management, and autonomy
- Experience in business consulting, marketing, or process/project management focused on continuous improvement
