About the role

  • Coordinate the development of high-complexity projects and features, from analysis of the Product Plan or Work Orders to defining the most appropriate solutions.
  • Gather, analyze and validate requirements with the involved areas, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Prepare, review and maintain functional and technical specifications, ensuring clarity, feasibility and adherence to the defined scope.
  • Model and define the logic of features, applying software engineering best practices.
  • Lead brainstorming, review and validation meetings, promoting alignment between objectives, scope and expected outcomes.
  • Analyze features with errors or inconsistencies, assess risks and impacts, and define corrective actions.
  • Present new features and releases to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment.
  • Perform other activities related to Systems and Development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience with project management/control software and CMMS.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data modeling and UML diagrams.
  • Experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
