Account Executive

• Responsible for multichannel (phone, WhatsApp and email) handling of pre-qualified leads interested in CGI
• Deliver institutional/company presentations and conduct qualification interviews to map client profile, operation, guarantees/collateral and payment capacity
• Perform credit simulations according to the client profile
• Align expectations on rates and terms and advise on next steps
• Present the value proposition and differentiators to engage the lead and advance them through the sales funnel
• Conduct document qualification by sending checklists, clarifying doubts, performing active follow-up, requesting and receiving documents, uploading documents into systems, and keeping the CRM and controls updated to ensure pipeline integrity
