About the role

  • Manage all Personnel Department routines, including new hires, recording employment in CTPS/Portal, terminations, severance calculations, payroll closing and related charges.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
  • Manage benefits, vacation administration, timekeeping, work schedules and time bank.
  • Provide support to managers and employees on Personnel Department and benefits-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose more efficient solutions aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Personnel/Payroll, including hiring, termination, payroll processing, social charges, vacation, benefits and eSocial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, strong communication skills and a proactive profile.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and to propose process improvements.
