About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development of regional and country corporate strategy, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and align global strategy with regional and country execution plans
Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and successful execution
Support budget definition and monthly performance reviews
Analyze financial and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and support management decision-making
Monitor business KPIs and establish reporting structures for strategic initiatives
Benchmark country and departmental performance against internal and external best practices
Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare for and participate in management reviews, strategic workshops, and leadership forums
Track key decisions and follow up on agreed actions
Coordinate special assignments from Senior Leadership
Represent Senior Leadership in selected meetings or projects
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across the geographical scope
Lead and support digitalization initiatives and process optimization projects
Promote best-practice sharing across European countries
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regional and corporate objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic positions within the Logistics Industry or Management Consulting
Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding knowledge is a plus
Track record of successful high-impact project implementations
Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition to progress into future management positions
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business impact
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Ability to think strategically while ensuring operational execution
Fluency in written and spoken English
Willingness to undertake international assignments and relocate within Europe during career progression
