About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development of regional and country corporate strategy, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and align global strategy with regional and country execution plans
  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and successful execution
  • Support budget definition and monthly performance reviews
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and support management decision-making
  • Monitor business KPIs and establish reporting structures for strategic initiatives
  • Benchmark country and departmental performance against internal and external best practices
  • Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare for and participate in management reviews, strategic workshops, and leadership forums
  • Track key decisions and follow up on agreed actions
  • Coordinate special assignments from Senior Leadership
  • Represent Senior Leadership in selected meetings or projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across the geographical scope
  • Lead and support digitalization initiatives and process optimization projects
  • Promote best-practice sharing across European countries
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regional and corporate objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic positions within the Logistics Industry or Management Consulting
  • Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding knowledge is a plus
  • Track record of successful high-impact project implementations
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ambition to progress into future management positions
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business impact
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Ability to think strategically while ensuring operational execution
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to undertake international assignments and relocate within Europe during career progression
