About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the design, execution, and evolution of recruitment programs.
- Enhance global recruitment programs including employee referrals and internal mobility.
- Optimize the Workday Recruiting module.
- Analyze hiring metrics and workflows to enhance effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen hiring outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Programs, HR Systems (Workday Recruiting), or Talent/People Strategy roles.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Proven experience designing and managing multiple recruitment programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improvements.
- Clear communication skills, fluent in English and German.
