About the role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our professional services and consulting footprint in Europe.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to guide strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of IT professional services, consulting, or IT solutions.
  • Proven ability to sell into executive-level stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, CISO).
  • Strong network in Europe with enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
