Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Lead Engineers to shape internal platform improvements
  • Build and improve engineering workflows, observability, service templates, and documentation
  • Help shape the systems that make AI-assisted development easier
  • Improve internal engineering context quality
  • Contribute to AI enablement initiatives in software delivery lifecycle
  • Identify developer friction sources and implement scalable improvements
  • Lead by example in using AI-assisted ways of working
  • Gather feedback and deliver high-impact platform improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong software engineering experience in production environments
  • Over 5 years of experience
  • Solid coding ability in at least one modern programming language
  • Experience improving developer workflows or internal tools
  • Practical experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, observability, test automation, release engineering, service frameworks, or developer tooling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine interest in helping teams use AI-assisted development tools effectively
