About the role
- Provides psychiatric and medical assessment, treatment, clinical supervision, education, and training.
- Acts as a member of clinical leadership for the team.
- Provides clinical supervision, education, and training to RHA ACT staff.
- Works in conjunction with other team members to ensure that psychiatric services are integrated into the clients overall whole person centered treatment.
- Collaborates with RHA staff and health care professionals in the community.
Requirements
- Completion of an MD Residency training program in Psychiatry.
- Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry and licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina.
- Valid driver’s license including personal vehicle insurance coverage.
- Experience treating adults living with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
