About the role

  • Provides psychiatric and medical assessment, treatment, clinical supervision, education, and training.
  • Acts as a member of clinical leadership for the team.
  • Provides clinical supervision, education, and training to RHA ACT staff.
  • Works in conjunction with other team members to ensure that psychiatric services are integrated into the clients overall whole person centered treatment.
  • Collaborates with RHA staff and health care professionals in the community.

Requirements

  • Completion of an MD Residency training program in Psychiatry.
  • Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry and licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina.
  • Valid driver’s license including personal vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Experience treating adults living with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
