About the role
- Provide commercial/customer service to individuals interested in the clinic's services (WhatsApp, phone, email and/or social media)
- Present psychological assessment services clearly, ethically and in a consultative manner
- Understand clients' needs and advise on timelines, steps and pricing
- Conduct negotiations and close sales
- Work in partnership with the technical and administrative teams to ensure alignment of information
- Perform active and passive prospecting (B2C)
- Research and develop new partnerships for the clinic, as well as contribute ideas for new services/products
Requirements
- Experience in commercial/sales or customer service, with a focus on B2C and service sales
- Availability to work overtime during peak demand periods
- Basic knowledge of public sector selection processes (public exams) or the field of psychology
