About the role

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for North American roles, including sourcing, initial screening, and advising hiring managers on best practices.
  • Evaluate and improve existing recruiting workflows and ATS structures to increase hiring velocity and candidate satisfaction.
  • Maintain high data accuracy across digital employee files, HRIS, and ATS, serving as the primary point of contact for data entries and system updates.
  • Lead the onboarding lifecycle, including I-9 verification, background check adjudication, and maintaining digital employee files in compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Work with the wider People Team to develop standardized workflows and processes into a unified operational model.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR or People Ops role
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Advanced Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Foundational Knowledge of HR Law: Solid understanding of EEO, FLSA, and I-9 compliance requirements.
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders and handle sensitive employee information with extreme discretion.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A track record of identifying 'broken' processes and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Operational Independence: High level of comfort working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
