About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Refine and position the reybex brand as a leading Cloud ERP
Develop marketing strategies for channel and partner marketing
Implement co-marketing activities, campaign packages and scalable assets
Plan and manage demand-generation initiatives such as content, events, SEO/SEA, social media and email marketing
Work closely with Sales and Channel teams to open up new markets and segments
Build scalable processes, templates and campaign structures
Contribute to scaling reybex Cloud ERP and to overall company growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS or ERP environment
Proven success in brand positioning and performance marketing
Experience in channel or partner marketing is a plus
Hands-on mentality with fast, high-quality execution
Confident use of AI tools and their effective application in marketing
Analytical thinking combined with creative drive
Strong communication skills in German and English
