About the role

  • Actively build a high-performing partner network (system integrators, IT service providers, agencies, consulting firms) across the DACH region
  • Identify, approach and recruit new partners with a clear focus on revenue potential
  • Lead partners through the entire sales process — from the initial pitch to closing
  • Conduct pre-sales demos and presentations of our Reybex ERP solution (including AI features)
  • Enable partner teams so they can independently qualify leads, present and close deals
  • Develop and deliver partner trainings, sales playbooks and onboarding processes
  • Support and assist with early deals (co-selling) until the partner is fully independent
  • Develop joint go-to-market and sales strategies with partners
  • Measure and manage partner performance (e.g., pipeline, deals, conversion rates)
  • Identify growth and upselling opportunities within the partner network
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Consulting to continuously optimize the partner business

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, channel sales or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or ERP environment
  • Proven track record of building partnerships and generating revenue through partners
  • Strong understanding of sales processes (Lead → Demo → Closing) and the ability to convey these to third parties
  • Pre-sales experience: ability to present complex software solutions clearly and convincingly
  • Good knowledge of business processes (e.g., sales, procurement, logistics, e‑commerce)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation and a strong results orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence at all levels
  • Very good German language skills; English is an advantage
