About the role
- Actively build a high-performing partner network (system integrators, IT service providers, agencies, consulting firms) in the DACH region
- Identify, approach and recruit new partners with a clear focus on revenue potential
- Guide partners through the entire sales process — from the initial pitch to closing
- Conduct pre-sales demos and presentations of our Reybex ERP solution (including AI features)
- Enable partner teams so they can independently qualify leads, present and close deals
- Develop and deliver partner trainings, sales playbooks and onboarding processes
- Support and accompany initial deals (co-selling) until the partner is fully autonomous
- Develop joint go-to-market and sales strategies with partners
- Measure and manage partner performance (e.g., pipeline, deals, conversion rates)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or ERP environment
- Proven track record in building partnerships and generating revenue through partners
- Strong understanding of sales processes (Lead → Demo → Closing)
- Experience in pre-sales
- Good knowledge of business processes (e.g., sales, procurement, logistics, e-commerce)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation and strong results orientation
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence at all levels
- Excellent German skills; English is a plus
