About the role

  • Lead design and implementation of comprehensive talent development programs for Rexel regions and business units
  • Conduct thorough assessments of regional talent and skill needs and develop strategies
  • Design and roll out national learning, onboarding, leadership, and functional training programs tailored to regions
  • Maximize engagement with digital platforms to enhance learning experiences
  • Co-lead succession planning, talent reviews, and career development conversations
  • Oversee internship & ACE programs including recruiting, hiring, and managing ACE employees
  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for talent initiatives
  • Design employee appreciation experiences and lead employee satisfaction initiatives
  • Participate in leadership staff meetings, employee town halls and other forums
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Graduate Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 8+ years experience in Business, Human Resources, Learning Development, and Talent Management
